Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download via a link on the checkout page and/or sent to your email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, contact us at support@iconicimpactsociety.com within 3 days of your order, and we’ll be happy to help.

Physical items

(Such as mystery boxes or curated goods), they will ship from the U.S. and include tracking.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
• Shipping Time: Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location.
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout and based on weight, destination, and shipping speed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect address entries. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

Once shipped, we cannot make changes to your order. Lost or stolen packages should be reported directly to the carrier.
