Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered or accessed. This policy helps protect the integrity of our content and prevent unauthorized distribution.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or believe you’ve received the wrong file, please reach out within 3 days of purchase. We’re happy to assist with any genuine errors or access issues.

 

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Because some of our items are cosmetics we maintain a strict policy on refunds to ensure hygiene standards and integrity.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all shipped, opened or used beauty products are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for physical beauty products that have not yet shipped.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective beauty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@iconicimpactsociety.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund
Email support@iconicimpactsociety.com immediately for unshipped orders. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
