Licensing & Usage Policy

All digital products sold by Iconic Impact Society are protected by copyright and fall under one of the following licenses: Limited Commercial Use or Private Label Rights (PLR). The license type is clearly stated in each product listing.

Product Format & Delivery

Some products include two PDF files upon purchase:

  • A fully designed, ready-to-use PDF manual
  • A separate PDF with the Canva template access link, allowing you to customize the material with your own branding

Both files are included under the same licensing terms and are not to be treated as separate products.

Limited Commercial Use

This license applies to our training manuals, editable templates, and educational resources.

You may:

  • Edit and brand the content for your own business use
  • Share printed or digital copies with students in your own training programs
  • Use the content in your private coaching, classes, or mentorship sessions

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute any part of the content, even if modified
  • Upload or give away the templates or manuals on any platform
  • Claim authorship of the original unedited content
  • Use our product names, branding, or designs in your marketing

Private Label Rights (PLR)

If a product is labeled as PLR, it comes with a different license that allows for resale and redistribution under your own brand. PLR products may be edited and sold as your own digital products, provided you do not sell them as-is or include our branding, product images, or mockups. Products marked as PLR come with editable files and resale rights.

You may:

  • Rebrand, edit, and sell the content under your own business
  • Use the content in courses, workshops, or digital shops
  • Combine with other PLR content and create bundles

You may not:

  • Resell or distribute the PLR file as-is without any edits
  • Give it away for free or offer it unedited to your audience
  • Use our logo, mockups, brand colors, or product names
  • Claim copyright of the original content

Unauthorized Distribution Notice

All files, including Canva templates and PDF materials, are protected under copyright law. Sharing, reselling, or distributing any Iconic Impact Society products  whether edited or unedited  without proper licensing is a violation of our terms and may result in license termination, DMCA action, and/or legal consequences.

We actively monitor for unauthorized use and take infringement seriously to protect the value of our content and our customers who follow the rules.
