 What types of products do you offer?

Digital Lab: We offer digital products, including educational ebooks, training manuals, digital planners, templates, and more. 

Scoop Lab: Limited Mystery Boxes, Bags & Scoops with beauty, lip care, and cute stationery

What will I receive?
Item counts are the following, specific items vary:
• Mystery Box: 14–16 items (beauty, lip care, stationery)
• Mystery Bag: 8–9 items (mixed categories)
• Mystery Scoop: 6–7 lip goodies

Are the photos exact?
Photos show examples of the vibe. Exact items/brands/shades may vary. When a pictured item isn’t available, we include an equal or higher-value substitute in the same category.

What does “No Duplicates” mean?
You won’t receive duplicate items within the same Box/Bag/Scoop. Ordering multiple units in one order? We do our best to avoid repeats across them, but cannot guarantee zero overlap.

How fast do you ship?
Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email when your order leaves our studio.

Do you ship internationally?
US only for now.

Will these restock?
Drops are micro-batch. When a number sells out, it’s gone. Join The Society (email) for first dibs on the next drop.

 

How do I access my digital products after purchase?

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.


Can I customize the templates I purchase?

Yes! All of our templates are fully customizable in Canva. You can easily edit the colors, fonts, text, and layout to match your brand and message.


Do I need any special software to use your products?

Nope! Most of our templates are created for use in Canva, which is free and beginner-friendly.


What are PLR products and how can I use them?

PLR (Private Label Rights) products are digital resources you can edit, rebrand, and resell under your own name.

You can:

  • Customize and brand the content as your own
  • Sell the edited version to your audience
  • Use it for your business, course, or coaching programs

You cannot:

  • Resell or give away the original, unedited file
  • Claim copyright on our original designs or templates

 

Is there a time limit to access my digital files?

You’ll have lifetime access to the files you’ve purchased. Just make sure to save or back them up once downloaded.


Can I get a refund on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you have any issues accessing your files or need help using them, please reach out.
